SafeStake Launches Cluster Validator Testent on Hoodi.
Here’s a simple 3-step (A, B & C) overview of how SafeStake runs Ethereum Validators using Lido CSM Operators and DVT/DKG technology; with just ~1.3 ETH.
You can also check out the tutorial video for a quick and easy step-by-step guide here:
A. Generate
1. Please visit the following link: https://clusternode-dev.safestake.xyz/cluster-validator
2. Select 4 Operators (OPs) to form the OP list. As a Validator (VA), you can either deposit 32 ETH directly or use a collateral-based option like Lido CSM, which only requires a 1.3 ETH deposit. Be sure to set your withdrawal address according to the option you choose.
3. Then pay the service fee and hit “Next”. Then click “Generate Validators” and wait for the transaction to complete. You will see the message “All validators generated successfully!”. Finally click the “Go to Validators”.
Note: DKG and DVT technology split the key among 4 OPs. No one holds the keys, not even SafeStake. This ensures decentralization and security and eliminates a single point of failure.
B. Run
2. Select and Run the Validator.
Note: If one Op goes offline, the others continue attesting. No miss rewards and no penalties, just reliable staking.
3. Then you need to set “Set Fee Recipient Address”, “Pay Subscription Fee” & “Run Validator”. Wait for the transaction to complete and hit “Finish”.
C. Activate
1. Go to the “Activate” option and click “Deposit ETH”. In the test version you can select “Lido CSM”.
2. You need to select the “Create Node Operator” Option here. (If you already set up the Node Operator before just click “Next”.) Here you will see that you only need about 1.3 ETH to run a validator. Now hit the “Submit” Keys and wait for the transaction to complete. Next click on “Finish”.
D. Exit
To exit a validator, simply go to the “Exit” section, select the validator you wish to exit, and proceed with the transaction.
